1. Purpose

Drive and Thrive is committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment for all individuals seeking assistance, volunteering, or supporting our mission. This policy ensures that our nonprofit upholds fairness, diversity, and equity in all aspects of our operations.

Any individual who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior should report it to a Drive and Thrive representative. Reports will be taken seriously, handled confidentially, and investigated promptly.

6. Accountability & Enforcement

  • Violations of this policy may result in corrective action, up to and including removal from our programs or organization.
  • Drive and Thrive leadership is responsible for ensuring this policy is upheld and continuously reviewed.

7. Continuous Improvement

We are committed to regularly evaluating and updating our inclusion practices to reflect the needs of our community and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
